Terms of sale

Last updated 29 October 2026.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Edge of Erin. Edge of Erin is operated by Aidi Mac Dáibhí, a business name registered with the CRO (no. 602954). Address: 45 O’Connell’s Avenue, Listowel, Co. Kerry, V31 XV63, Ireland. Contact: our contact form. Phone: phone number shown in your browser.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before you order. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.

3. Our products

4. Prices and payment

5. Your order and our contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract between you and us is made when your payment is confirmed and we show you an order confirmation with your order number. If we cannot fulfil your order (for example, because the last print in an edition has just sold), we will tell you and refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and details are on our delivery and returns page. The risk in your print passes to you when it is delivered to you or to someone you name.

7. Your right to cancel

If you buy as a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. How to cancel and how refunds work are explained on our delivery and returns page. Postcards with a personal message written to your request cannot be returned unless faulty.

8. Damaged or faulty prints

If your print is damaged, faulty or not as described, we will replace it or refund you. Please see the delivery and returns page.

9. Copyright

All photographs on this website and all prints are © Éamon Mac Dáibhí. Buying a print gives you ownership of that physical print. It does not give you the right to copy, reproduce, publish or sell the image.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so.

11. Your personal details

We use your details only as described in our privacy notice.

12. Complaints and the law

If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to put things right. These terms are governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer law of your own country, and you may bring a claim in your own country's courts.
